I ordered a small coffee DD and was really disappointed with the taste; it was incredibly bitter. When I asked if it might be expired because it tasted off, the response I received was quite rude, basically just 'we don't serve expired coffee.' Regardless, the coffee definitely didn't taste good, and it wasn't what I expect from a coffee order.

I had an amazing experience on tim kiosk thanks to mehakpreet and jaspreet. they are very polite, efficient, SWEET and very welcoming. great customer service. Friendly behaviour always and also greeted with a smile and professionalism. both everytime give me great service. Thank you, Jasspreet and mehakpreet for making my Tim Hortons.
