Extremely Rude Customer Service / MANAGER Extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I waited in line for close to 15 minutes just to place an order, while only one cash register was open and the other was closed. The manager was working the cash but was taking her time talking to her grandchild. She then told another staff member to take over the cash so she could walk over to the table and continue talking with her grandchild. When I tried to speak to her about the long wait and the situation, her response was extremely rude and sarcastic. She simply said “maybe” in a dismissive tone and continued walking without even stopping to acknowledge what I was saying. To make matters worse, I could hear her in the back laughing with staff and repeating “maybe,” which came across as mocking and completely disrespectful. I have never experienced such an unnecessarily rude and sarcastic response from someone in a managerial position. Customers should not be made to feel like they are a nuisance for raising a legitimate concern after waiting 15 minutes. Very poor customer service, extremely rude attitude, and completely unacceptable behaviour from a manager. I hope the store management takes this seriously. Just left Tim's in Colborne, again cannot order a loaded bowl due to no RICE. We have stopped here 4 or 5 times in the past year and have never been able to get a bowl due to no rice?????
