Absolutely dismal location. Refuse to issues refund for orders they can't fill. They tell you to head to another location or get the refund online. Once you contact their online support they will tell you that you have to go to the store for refund. Every other Tim Hortons can and will issue a refund for items they can't make. Ultimately online support said that since the location isn't cooperating they will issue a refund as an exception. Don't even bother using this location, they don't understand or care about their responsibilities as a franchise. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered an ice capp not only had burnt taste but no flavor at all. Not only that when ordered a 10 pack of timbits and asking for the new ones only and telling the cashier those were the only 3 kind to have and assured me there was many of them opened the box and only 1 of the new ones rest were assorted. Disappointed with how the quality has dropped immensely and most workers don't seem to care anymore. Done wasting my money. I'd rather pay the extra at Starbucks. This is my fav Tim’s location because the staff are very friendly polite and make good coffee! The ladies working make great coffee! Thank you ! Today I got my usual coffee medium regular . They make it the best. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
