Visited this location today around 3:00pm and was very disappointed with the drive‑thru experience. When I pulled up to the menu board, I ordered one coffee and was immediately told to go to the next window. I politely said I had more to order and asked for a medium tea with 1 cream and 1 sugar. The response I got was, “So you’d like it regular,” which I assumed meant the same thing. Again, I was told to move to the next window even though I wasn’t finished ordering. I tried to order another two items but was rushed again, and the staff member didn’t hear me — resulting in one out of two items not being added at all. There was only one car behind me, so the rushing felt unnecessary. When I went to pay, I used my phone to scan and pay, but the debit machine was pushed toward me anyway. I had to explain that the order should already be paid for. I then received three drinks and was never offered a tray. Overall, the service felt rushed, dismissive, and disorganized. I’ll definitely drive additional kilometers to avoid this location going forward.

I ordered 2 medium ice cap on Saturday May 30th 2pm. The guy that made the ice cap was extremely disappointing. He took one ice cap and poured it between the 2 medium ice cap. The marketing on the cup goes from 1-6 both my ice caps were filled below the 6th mark. Retrain the Philippino guy. He doesn't understand how to use the guide line marking on the cups. I paid full price I expect ice cap to also be filled to the proper marking. I really wanted to just leave the ice caps there and walk away but they probably just drink it them selves.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were very friendly, polite, and quick with service, which made my visit even better. My order was fresh and prepared just right. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
