Ordered off the kiosk screen with my family. The staff didn't call our individual order numbers or names which created confusion amongst all of the customers waiting for food and beverages. Instead only the items were called. My daughter ordered a sausage egg bite but Instead got a spinach egg bite. We also ordered a double stack farmers wrap that only had a dribble of sauce making it drier than dust. My toasted bagel with cream cheese was cold by the time I got it due to confusion of the order. The Tim Hortons staff at this location needs better training at time management and organization. The place was packed due to the lack of time management. They had plenty enough staff working just terrible training. If you or anyone else you know are in the area I strongly suggest staying away from this Tim Hortons. If I could I would have given 0 stars. Price per person: CA$1–10
