Order food though the tim apps, the person that was working said that oven was close so we ask for a refund and they couldn't do that too. The food that we order cost $12+ instead we got a bagel that cost 2.99 with cream cheese. Don't come here or they will take your money!!!! Price per person: $10–20

Not a. Great customer service. No smile no warmth. It feels like just the robots are taking your order. There were few empmoyees but they were just not taking orders at the cash counter.

Bathrooms were dirty and no toilet paper in the stall I went into. Good grief. Tim Hortons is sliding downhill fast
