Customer service is non-existent at this location. And I’m not talking about how long the food or coffee takes. I’m talking about a simple transaction that happens without eye contact, acknowledgment, or even basic manners. I always make it a point to smile, say thank you, and wish people a good day. Almost every time, there’s no response or acknowledgment at all. What happened to this industry? Basic customer service used to matter. This is exactly why I refuse to tip for counter service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience today was really good .. the person who was working was so nice.. she gave me the perfect coffee .. idk her name but it starts with R. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

I visited this location this morning and had a difficult experience. I was unable to clearly see my order on the screen, and when I tried to explain this, the employee responded in a way that felt disrespectful. I was told, “Is this your first time coming to Tim Hortons, are you an idiot or something,” which I found inappropriate. I showed the situation on video, and other staff members appeared to understand my concern. The issue seemed to come from the order being stored before I could review it, which led to confusion about what I had actually ordered. I believe this could be improved with better communication and training, especially making sure customers are able to review their order before it is finalized. I hope management can address this to improve the overall customer experience. I have also attached a picture of my order on the “screen” Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
