If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have gotten SO MANY orders completely wrong. And I don’t know what has happened over the last year, but their ice coffees taste absolutely terrible now. Had to choose a different location to frequent to now because this location in particular is straight garbage. And it’s ONLY this location that tastes this awful. I don’t know if one person doesn’t know what they’re doing, and then that same person trained new people and the cycle continued, but Ice Coffees and Ice Capp’s in particular are horrible at this location. Would recommend people going to the location further down the street near fennell if they want a chance at an actual good experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited at the counter at the right beside the wall and bunch of workers walked by and didn’t even notice me. Untill I moved to the next counter on the left and then they came up not even caring about what I order. I got my drink filled up to 60% of ice and 40% of the actual drink strawberry watermelon lemonade. Would not recommend this Tim Hortons Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I visited this location yesterday during a busy rush hour around 4pm , and I have to say this turban guy working the front did an amazing job. The store was packed, but he stayed friendly, calm, and incredibly efficient. He handled the pressure so well and kept things moving smoothly while still being polite to every customer. It's rare to see someone work that hard with such a positive attitude. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent service. Thank you for making a busy time feel easy! Other girl with short height was awesome as a helper as well. Coming back to see you guys again
