Rude manager , the manager , she told me to take my coffee or do not take it , also not to comeback of I wasn't happy. Poor service 2/5 stars I give .

We have traveled many miles this week and this was the first Tim Hortons to have an employee yell at us about social distancing as soon as we got in line. We explained that we were together and then she rudely told us to move down to another register. Once at our table she came and slammed down the paper and pen for us to put our names and numbers on and when asked why she is being so rude she told us it was the end of her shift and left it at that. No apology at all...

i had a employee tell me today that the owner, André something er other made a specific rule stating that when i order a bagel belt and a hashbrown, and said hashbrown to be put inside the sandwich, boss says i can't do that. because there is no button to do that... what happen to team communication on that one...sounds to me like rules are being made up because shes to lazy to do it.

the restaurant was completely empty, if it was a rush it would have been understandable
