Worst customer service, visited here for the first time employees were making fun of our order while i was ordering the person who was taking order was dhruv and manpreet Focus on your work instead of gossips And you guys are no one to judge what the person is ordering its your duty to prepare and serve . Even though our order was very simple just 2drinks

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Manpreet Kaur, the Hospitality Lead at this location. She went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and genuinely cared for, especially with our child. Her positive attitude, warm smile, patience, and exceptional customer service truly stood out and made our visit memorable. Manpreet treated us with so much kindness, professionalism, and respect that it honestly felt more personal than just a regular coffee stop. She created such a welcoming atmosphere for our family, and the level of care she showed is something you don’t come across every day. Employees like Manpreet Kaur are a huge reason why customers continue coming back. Thank you again for the outstanding hospitality and for making our family feel so welcomed and appreciated. Tim Hortons is lucky to have team members like her representing the brand so professionally. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
