Im here twice a day. The morning staff are amazing. And alway know what there regular customers "usually" get. Im always greeted warmingly. I give very great credit to the afternoon and especially the evening shift. As well as the weekend crew. As they deal with alot of uncessary unruly patrons. They handle themselves great in those situations. Never have a issue here. And any small mistakes is due to me being the 10% of the population who takes milk in his double double tea. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed an order on Skip and didnt receive the correct orders from this timmies and I felt very frustrated. However, I called to let them know about the wrong order. Heather was very kind in addressing my wrong order and quickly wanted to fix it. Its hard to find good customer service these days so I really appreciate employees like Heather on her kindness and her willingness to correct my order. Thank you Heather for making our day!
