Burnt coffee they made me another its just as burnt or thats not tim hourto s branded foffee taste like burnt circle k coffee went down the street and the colour diffrence proved my theory its not even near same colour or taste this is not tim hourtons branded coffee used at this location Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

wanted to share some honest feedback about a Tim Hortons location I’ve frequently visited and used to really enjoy. For the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a decline in quality and service, which has been disappointing. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered wedges. It took a bit longer to prepare — which I was fine with — but what I received was completely burnt. I had to park my car and go inside to show the staff. The manager told me I’d need to wait again for a fresh batch. While I appreciate the offer, I felt my time wasn’t respected. If something isn’t available or up to standard, it’s better to be upfront instead of making the customer wait unnecessarily. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. The drive-thru is often messy with empty cups scattered around, and the mic quality makes it difficult to place an order clearly. Overall, I’m just not happy with the level of service lately. I hope the team can take this as constructive feedback and work towards improving both the cleanliness and customer experience.
