Employee's Making constant mistakes throughout the hour of my stay. I hadn't seen so many food returns before at a Tim's. I had to return 4 times to ask for my order after waiting extremely patiently at my table for a while. Once I got my order, the item selection was wrong. Employee's on their phones, and speaker blasting personal music in the establishment. Employees shown respect towards their mistakes. But were simply brushing every error as a simple mistake, which caused them lots of foot traffic within the store. All around a complicated experience for a food location so simple. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

If I ever find a Tim Hortons worse than this location, I’ll come back and tell you which one takes the top spot. For now, this is the worst Tim Hortons—ranked number one on my list. Service: 1

The food is really great for a tim’s, but the service is terrible, i went in today with my friend and the manager yelled at us to either order or leave after i had made an order and just sat down while waiting for our order and she persisted we leave or make an order after i already told her i made an order, this isn’t the first time this happens and i understand that a lot of other students could be disruptive and that it’s hard to keep everything going while having a random rush in the middle of the day but i still think kicking out customers doesn’t feel welcoming and it makes me not want to visit again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
