Hello Terry, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We provide garbage disposal bins at our front door. Drive thru bins were removed for a number of reasons which include (but not limited to) attraction of pests such as wasps which pose a danger to drivers when windows are open, hazardous waste being dumped into the bins creating safety concerns, and general cleanliness when spilled foods and liquids affect guest vehicles and our team who have tried their best to manage it in the past. We will work with our team to provide a more detailed and thought out response in future. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us directly at the restaurant or reach out to our Guest Care team at help.timhortons.ca/hc/en-ca Warm regards, Tim Hortons Guest Care

Hello Martina, thank you for taking the time to visit us and providing your feedback. We have integrated a new espresso platform system and our team is undergoing training as they familiarize themselves with the revised processes to create the beverages. If your cappuccino did not meet your expectations, please contact us directly. We are more than happy to make it right and credit you an additional beverage for your troubles. We are also open to discussing your experience further online if you wish, please visit us at help.timhortons.ca/hc/en-ca
