My Love for Tim Hortons & One Small Request to Make It Perfect Dear Tim Hortons Team, I’m writing this email as a loyal, daily customer who truly loves everything about Tim Hortons — your coffee, your atmosphere, and the way you’ve become an essential part of my daily work routine. I run almost my entire office and complete work from my local Tim Hortons. Your rich, smooth coffee keeps me focused and energized throughout the day. The friendly staff, the comfortable seating, and the familiar buzz of the cafe have become my favorite “office away from home.” I genuinely admire the hard work your team puts in every day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the environment you’ve created. However, there’s one frustrating issue I keep running into — your free Wi-Fi disconnects every hour. Several times a day, right in the middle of important video calls, uploading documents, or finishing urgent tasks, the connection drops. I have to log in again, which interrupts my workflow and sometimes causes me to lose progress. I’ve noticed that many other coffee shops and public spaces offer continuous, open Wi-Fi for hours or even the whole day. Their guests can run businesses, attend meetings, or enjoy leisure browsing without sudden disconnections. It would be a game-changer if Tim Hortons could do the same — seamless, always-on Wi-Fi for guests like me who rely on it heavily. I truly believe this small change would make Tim Hortons not just a great coffee stop, but the ultimate destination for remote workers, small business owners, and students who choose you as their daily workspace.
