The place itself is nice and clean and the coffee is decent, but the management is unbelievably cheap. They consistently have only one employee running the entire place, and the result is painfully slow service every single time. I’ve been here 3–4 times and it’s always the same story: you order and then wait 10–15 minutes just for a simple drink or order. And to be clear, this isn’t the worker’s fault. One person can only do so much when they’re forced to handle the register, make the drinks, and deal with customers all at once. What’s frustrating is that the place clearly gets enough customers that hiring another employee wouldn’t exactly bankrupt them. Instead, management chooses to cut corners and let customers sit there waiting. If you come here, expect to wait. A lot. Good coffee isn’t much consolation when the service moves at a snail’s pace because management refuses to staff the place properly. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hy good evening hope you are well. Today I went to the Tim Horton Alkhwair branch and felt very welcome as I entered. The team welcomed us very warmly. After that, we ordered food and drinks. The service was very fast.And the food was also absolutely fresh and very tasty and I enjoyed a lot. Price per person: OMR 10–12 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. One of the employees was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. He spoke to us with such an attitude, as if we were bothering him just by ordering. At one point, he even acted like he had the authority to kick us out, which was completely uncalled for. Customer service here is a joke—definitely not coming back. Price per person: OMR 5–6 Recommended dishes: Cofee and Bagels
