On May 22, 2024, my friends and I were at our regular Wednesday get together for coffee at the Walkley rd location. My friend had a health issue and we had to call 911. The manager Dinah and Carroll Hutt Sheldrick were quick to spring into action and help us out as we waited for the ambulance to arrive. 911 instructed that we give my friend an aspirin but we did not have any. Carroll knew some customers and quickly found some. A glass of water was on the table within seconds. Dinah comforted my friend while I was on the phone with 911 and later ensured that furniture was cleared around us. Their quick action and empathy ensured a smooth process during a hectic situation. These two are to be commended for the way they helped us. On a happy note my friend Ursula, is now home and feeling better. Thank you Tim Hortons team. You are truly the best! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Clean you parking lots and put back your garbage cans. It’s deplorable along the fences on your way out to Conroy Road. A whole winters worth of discarded product containers,cups,and wrappers. Disgusting. One star rating is generous, zero is deserved.
