Ponoka tim hortons service is getting worst day by day ... In morning there is boy standing at window he dont knw how to talk with customer .. He is so rude and always in hurry . I think they dont care about customer service they care about timmer . And now a days who so ever in making sandwiches in morning is pathetic evrything is cold . Ponoka people are very fedup from there service .. I dont Know whats wrong in Tim hortons store . Service: 1

They mix orders up, they take too long to take your order, and they always have to check what they have in stock before you can make your order. There have been several times when I didn't even get what I ordered, and didn't realize it until I drove away from the drive thru. One morning, I asked for a Bagel BELT, and they just gave me a plain Bagel without anything on it. Didn't realize until I looked in the bag when I got home.
