This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. The manager was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping. My order was made incorrectly, and instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake professionally, I was treated with disrespect. As a customer, I expect mistakes to happen occasionally, but I also expect staff—especially a manager—to handle them politely and professionally. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope Tim Hortons takes customer feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$20–30 Service: 1

I had a very disappointing experience. Yesterday morning, I went through the drive-thru and ordered five croissant breakfast sandwiches. When I got home, I realized one of the sandwiches was missing the hash brown. I went back to the drive-thru to let them know. Instead of apologizing and replacing the sandwich, the manager was rude and simply handed me a hash brown on the side. I asked if they could make me a new sandwich since it was prepared incorrectly, but she refused and said she couldn't. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. There was no effort to make things right, no apology, and the customer service was extremely poor. I expected much better. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I called them in the morning to check dine in store hours. Girl over the phone told me its 4 AM. When I got here it was locked and they put the phone aside. June 3rd 4.15 AM
