I've visited this place many times, once with friends and most of the time im alone, and both experiences were outstanding. The customer service was exceptional. They assisted us provided anything we need like tissue without being asked specially this barista Named PAULO he's very accommodating and smiley person. I'll certainly return in the future. I would like to thank the Tim Hortons employee Surendra for his excellent attitude and constant smile. Honestly, he is one of the best employees I’ve ever dealt with—always cheerful, polite, and very professional. He always makes sure my order is prepared exactly the way I like it. I regularly order hot chocolate and donuts, and he pays attention to every detail and follows all my instructions with kindness and a positive attitude. His service is fast, his manner is refined, and he makes you feel like a valued customer every time.
