So I come here all the time....today my Free donut with a drink coupon didn't work. Girl asked to see it. I showed her, she slides the redeem my points slider and says there you go. I said what are you doing I don't want to redeem my points. She said that's how you get the free donut, and why it's not working. I said no, I just showed you the coupon,it says free donut with a drink. You scan the barcode and the donut should come off since I bought a large coffee. She took it off anyways as a courtesy, but I said I've never heard that you have to redeem your points in order to use a coupon. I looked it up on the site quick, and I was correct. I don't think she understood that the coupon was for a free donut with a drink purchase, and I wasn't simply trying to redeem for a free donut. Which, I don't understand because she ASKED to see the coupon. I THINK by sliding the redeem my points slider, her intention was to redeem my points for the donut and say it worked. After I told her it says on the site you don't need to redeem points to use a coupon, I got a snarky "ok". Price per person: $1–10

I love the Tim Hortons on 1580 Jefferson Rd. They have the freshest donuts and The most delicious coffee. The staff is super friendly and efficient, it’s a quick easy In-N-Out . It makes my day to go there in the morning. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One thing I noticed your food is good but you guys need to get it together when you're having gloves on and you're taking cards and everything with the same gloves and money and everything then you have the nerve to come over and grab a donut for somebody that walked in with that same nasty glove that you grab people's cards and money with that's disgusting. Today 5/5/26 was the last straw for me going to this establishment this girl had the nerve to lick her fingersand then grab the wax bag I guess so it would grab hold of it that was straight disgusting I'll never go there again. That was the last straw wherever owns this place you should teach these people about being nasty Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
