Hate to write this because I love Tim Hortons. This location has gone downhill and now I’ll be avoiding this one. I’ve been in Rochester for over 2 years. When I first came to this location it was pretty average: no issues. Then it was like the entire staff was replaced and it hasn’t been good since. I get a very simple iced coffee and it’s never consistent here. No problem at any other location. Today was the last straw. My iced coffee, 1 cream, 1 sugar, was basically bottom of the pot hot bitter coffee dumped over some ice. It was warm stillThe staff here is either okay but seem bored or couldn’t care less about working here. I get it, not everyone’s dream job, but why even show up if you hate it just to earn a paycheck? Anyway, until they get a real people manager to help turn this place around, you’ll have a better experience in the energy drink section in the gas station or at the other Timmy’s location off of Rochester Rd. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Paul — I’m really sorry your iced coffee wasn’t right at this Tim Hortons, especially after having a decent experience there before.You ordered 1 cream, 1 sugar, and what you received sounded like hot, bitter coffee poured over ice instead of a consistent iced coffee. Rude people. Cant seem to get a 2 cream, 1 sugar order correct. I guess thats difficult. Been to this drive thru 3 time. You're out. Never again. Ill go out of my way to go to other Tims. Service: 1

Waited in the drive through for over 20 min at the order screen, placed our order, waited another 10+ minutes to get to the window only to be told they were out of espresso beans. Getting a refund took another 5+ minutes Meal type: Brunch
