It's worth coming to this fast food to try nicely cooked bagel sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and soup. The truth is that you will really enjoy good cream donuts, muffins and bagels. Come here and have delicious espresso, iced mocha or cappuccino.

Tim Hortons is suitable for guests who have lunch on the go as they can order food as a takeout. A number of reviewers have noticed that the staff is appealing at this place. Many people highlight that the service is nice. From the visitors' point of view, prices are average. Users leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is bad. Clients rate this spot below average on Google.

This review is specifically about management's response to my wife's experience at the Tim Hortons on 32 Mile. After receiving an order where nearly everything was wrong, my wife tried to address it WHILE SHE WAS STILL AT THE WINDOW. Wrong Iced Capp. Wrong second drink — she was handed a black coffee she never ordered. Wrong breakfast sandwich. Confusion over the Timbits. Employees refusing to correct the drink and acting as though she was the problem for pointing out that the order on the screen apparently wasn't even hers. She gave the store the opportunity to fix this IN PERSON. They didn't. Then she contacted Tim Hortons customer support. We were told the store itself has the ability to authorize a refund or correct the order in person, while corporate cannot simply issue the refund digitally. So what does the owner's response say? Essentially: Sorry everything was wrong, sorry the service was dismissive, and hopefully your NEXT visit is better. Next visit? Why would there be a next visit? You acknowledged that the drinks were wrong, the food was wrong, and that your employees handled the situation poorly. Yet there was no offer to refund the money. No offer to actually resolve the complaint. No request to contact management directly. No indication that the behavior of the employees would be addressed. Just a polished apology asking the customer who was already dismissed IN PERSON to come back and try again. That's not resolving a complaint. That's replying to a review. And after looking through the reviews for this location, complaints about incorrect orders, missing items, inconsistent food and poor service are not exactly difficult to find. Here's the part I really don't understand: If Tim Hortons corporate tells customers that the STORE has to resolve/refund these situations, what exactly is a customer supposed to do when the STORE refuses to resolve it? Go to corporate? Corporate sends them back to the store. Go back to the store? The store already refused to fix it. Leave a review? Management responds with "sorry, hopefully next time is better." That's a remarkably convenient circle where everybody gets to apologize and apparently nobody has to actually solve anything. And there's a more serious issue here than whether somebody gets vanilla instead of Oreo: handing customers products they did not order is a legitimate concern for anyone with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Order accuracy isn't some optional little customer-service flourish. Nobody expects a fast-food restaurant to be flawless. Mistakes happen. What matters is what you do AFTER the mistake. In this case, the customer pointed it out immediately. The employees had the opportunity to make it right. They didn't. Customer support was contacted. Management was publicly made aware of what happened. And the response still didn't actually offer a resolution. So I'll ask management directly: Are you going to refund the incorrectly fulfilled order and address what happened with the employees involved, or is "we hope your next visit is better" genuinely the full resolution? Because we're not interested in another visit. P.s. your last reply to her was courtesy of an AI 100%, I checked it through Pangram. If a human can't be bothered to reply then don't bother replying to me either. Absolutely ridiculous and I hope you can be better than what you have shown so far. Hi Christian, we're truly sorry that your wife's order was incorrect across the drinks, breakfast sandwich, and Timbits, and that her attempt to have it corrected at the window was handled dismissively. You were right to expect the issue to be addressed at the time, and we understand why a generic apology about a future visit was not an adequate resolution. Thank you for being our guest, taking the time to leave such detailed feedback, and bringing this to our attention.

Haven’t been here for a few years. Today reminded me why. I got a. XL dark roast coffee with cream. Driving away the coffee was barely lukewarm and did not taste full-bodied , which is how dark roast should taste. I remember now that on MANY previous visits how I thought this location was watering down their coffee as other locations always tasted better. Today confirmed that theory. Won’t be back. Seems like this one skimps a lot. I've not had a Tim Horton's be out of croissants before, but this one regularly is. Boston creams often have little or no cream. Service is good otherwise.

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us at Tim Hortons. We're glad to hear that you found the service to be good, but we apologize for the issues you've encountered with the croissants and Boston creams. It is concerning to hear that they have not met your expectations, especially since you mentioned the croissants are often out of stock and the Boston creams sometimes lack cream. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to improve and ensure that your next visit is much better. If there's anything else you would like to share to further assist us in addressing these concerns, please reach out to us here: timhortons.com/contact-us. Thank you again for being a guest, and we hope to serve you better in the future! Best regards,
