Place is very cozy, staff are very friendly and their bread is freshly baked ( imagine, they served fresh from the oven) and i love the brewed ( aside from it’s now on 50%) , it is absolutely taste better than other brewed coffee i’d tasted. Totally, a very satisfied coffee drinker here. We visited the branch in Al Beda, served by Hossam Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: KWD 1–5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am disappointed with the recent service quality. Despite my previous attempts to address these issues, I have seen no measurable improvement. the current level of performance does not meet the real Tim Hortons in Dubai or in any other location.
