Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. We ordered the pancakes and they came out burnt, with a batter that tasted very cheap and low quality. What made it worse was how long we had to wait, only to receive food that clearly wasn’t prepared well. The coffee was just average, nothing special. We also tried the Monte Cristo sandwich, which the staff even recommended as their “best,” but it was burnt too, and the ham tasted very cheap and processed. What really disappointed us most was the customer service. When we politely raised our concerns, the staff simply shrugged and gave no apology or effort to address the issue. Overall, not the quality or service we expected. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Been coming to this location because this is the closest to where I live. Only a few offerings, and was surprised to learn that Ice Capp was phased out? Tims has to do better to become more relevant and competitive. I’ll just have my Tim’s again in Canada. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered javanilla today at around 1pm. Nagtaka ako bakit nasa pitcher from their fridge ang kape na sinerve sakin.Paid 190 pesos for a large javanilla na isinalin from kape sa pitcher.walang lasang espresso sobrang tabang.So disappointed.Staff are too lazy looking.Boxes of donuts were displayed pero wala naman palang for sale na boxes of donuts. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₱500–1,000
