Make a change from your traditional meal and taste good cheddar sandwiches, soup and filet américain at this cafe. Clients don't highly appreciate timbits and dark coffee at Tim Hortons. At this place, you can order food as a takeaway. The staff is said to be gracious here. A lot of reviewers mention that the service is fast. I find that this store is really bad they will handle money with gloves then go and handle food with the same gloves. That's just one item there were several, I'm never coming back to this Tim Hortons in strathmore by the McDonald's and Canadian Tire. The sad thing is they can do better, they choose not to, I ride my motorbike all over Alberta and I go as far as BC just for a coffee so I am very familiar with good service and awful service. I think I'm going to stop going to @Tim_Hortons and find another coffee shop to ride to. Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tiffany made my day. I was passing through the city and stopped for a quick iced coffee and she was extremely professional and nice. Amazing customer service on her behalf and her kindness really stood out to me as it's not something you always see when interacting with fast food workers. This review is directed to the Store Manager. On Thursday, February 26, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m., I ordered a steeped tea through the drive-through. I had an empty Tim Hortons paper bag from another location and asked the employee at the window if she could dispose of it. She refused, stating they “do not take garbage.” When I asked for a reason, none was provided — only a repeated statement that they do not take garbage. I am requesting a clear explanation from management. Refusing a simple request without offering any reason reflects poorly on customer service standards. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 5
