It’s kind of like having coffee and wrap at my own home because of the respective and friendly behaviour of the staff and their hard work to keep it up every day, everyone is so professional and they make sure that all the customers get exceptional service, especially the girl named Arsh, she is kind of amazing and a great team leader. Though, whole staff is really nice but their supervisor Arshpreet is one of the best supervisor i have ever seen. She handles everything calmly and always help customers in each and every way, whether it is related to placing an order or any other questions related to Tim. Visited Tim Hortons and had multiple issues with my order due to unavailable items after payment. It would really help if staff communicated what’s out of stock before charging customers. Also, better attention to simple requests (like water without ice) would improve customer experience.
