Terrible service me and my family came for the first time to Tim Horton and we ordered 1 chocolate donut and 5 muffins and a half coffee half French vanilla but we got a double double and no donut Service: Take out Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is absolutely ridiculous. Every single time I place an order through mobile app, arrive at the store after 10-15 minutes, only to wait another 20-25 minutes for my order to be made. Today I as the last straw- 30 minutes! So I had to cancel the order. What’s the point of making mobile order if I have to stand around waiting for so long? To top it off, after all that waiting, my order is often wrong. This has made me late for work more than once. Get your act together! This level of service is unacceptable. Service: 1

This Tim hortons takes forever, it would be quicker to drive to a faster tim hortons further away than it is to wait at this one Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
