I was placing my order and the employee arsh was rushing me through it... then when it came time to pay she ripped the money out of my hand then through my change at me no thank you have a good day or nothing... she is a very rude person... I will not go back in the store if she is on front counter... the lady that was ahead of me said she did the same thing to her... when paying for ur order through the drive-Thursday they try to keep ur change as their tip again it was that girl arsh and still rude... n no apologies either... but u only get feed back when it's positive reviews I posted this about 2 months ago n now I'm adding to it because it's ridiculous that she is still acting this way Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The customer service is extremely subpar. Numerous order errors, technology not working for payment and customer not notified until after order is placed and arrive at the window. One visit, their ovens did not work and there was absolutely no food and once again, no notification of this at the order window. I frequent many Tim Hortons establishments and this has by far been the worst. Have also sent my concerns in for management.
