Epic fail! I have to buying two apple fritters I just asked for a small cup to get some water from the water dispenser and they wanted to charge me $0.10. prior to that I also purchased it iced coffee. Thought they could do the courteous thing but apparently not. Don't know how they collect tax on $0.10. I'm quite sure they've thrown away more than enough cups costing $0.10. Customer service is a thing of the past lately.

Service is quick and efficient. Staff are friendly. No complaints there but how is their donuts and coffee so bad? The Boston cream always tastes stale. Their coffee is always burnt or watered down. The quality of the food and drinks here is not good. Maybe because there’s no competition around but the quality is really lacking. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Nice comfy chairs and seats spacious room. However, the staff needs to have some smile on their face because it's a hospital environment and also the staff lacks knowledge. The variety of the products carried are way less than what it is in other Tim Hortons Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
