My recent experience at Tim Hortons was really good. The staff were polite and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly. The coffee was fresh and tasted great, and the food was warm and satisfying. The place was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely visit again. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very disappointing experience today. I ordered an iced coffee through the drive-thru. When I politely asked for a straw, the employee responded with obvious impatience and even made a loud "tsk" sound. Her attitude and facial expression were extremely rude and unprofessional. To make things worse, another older female employee standing nearby kept rushing us to leave, repeatedly saying "Bye, bye, bye" several times before we had even finished. This is not the first time she has done this. We've experienced the same rude behavior from her on multiple visits. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. If your staff cannot be polite and provide decent customer service, perhaps they should reconsider whether this is the right job for them. Very disappointing service, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

This Tim Hortons location is a very good customer service and always makes sure to serve their food and drinks with care and accuracy. Kumar and Jega are two employees who were very kind and helpful. I needed 12 honey crullers and they made it very fresh for me. I really know how to keep the customers satisfied and happy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
