I visited the Tim Hortons at 18 Yorkville this morning and was very disappointed. The service was extremely slow, and I believe the person taking my order was the manager. She was rude and kept making unpleasant facial expressions while I was ordering, which made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
