Totally agree with previous reviews about customer service. It's awful. Staff is always rude and with attitude, they often give you the wrong order. No wondering that people keep boycotting Tim Hortons and choose other shops, like Starbucks. Prices are higher there but at you are always treated with respect and coffee is much better there. And don't be tricked by good reviews. I heard several times when they asked their friends to make 5 star reviews to improve their rating when I was waiting for my order. I'm wondering why management hasn't taken any actions to improve their services Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
