Ordered a Ice Capp beverage with chocolate syrup added in the drive thru at 3:35pm on 6/15/26. They made me an ice capp with cocoa powder (which doesnt agree with my stomach. It making me sick to my stomach) & when I went inside to ask for "NO cocoa powder added to it this time" the girls did NOT care about making the drink I paid + tip. They had zero customer service skills on something so simple. They kids playing coffee shop instead of making sure the customer is satified. They added way too much cocao powder in my cup when just a drizzle on the side of the cup was what I wamted. Bc of them NOT remaking the drink without the powder bc of stomach health problem. The choc syrup would have been perfect & they wanted to waste my time & argue with me. I said screw that!!! I will never pay another dollar $$$ @ this location Tim Hortons. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This tim Hortons in specific is by far the best one in the state of Michigan. No burnt coffee, no hassle, and no missing items. Straight to business and excellent quality. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Turkey Bacon Club

Give NO STARS IF IT WAS ALOUD crazy to think I place an online order ,, you TAKE MY MONEY right AWAY just FOR THE MANAGER TO GIVE ME WHAT SHE WANTED cause in Cassandra’s WORDS( that’s the name she gave) exactly “ she messed up and read a CROISSANT BACON sandwich for a MUFFIN.. and when asked to fix it she gets beyond rude with a CUSTOMER that’s been coming there for 5+yrs!!! And you as a company has her as a manager when reading all these reviews and she’s constantly getting complaints against her, probably should look into a NEW AND BETTER THAT REALLY CARES FOR THIS LOCATION!!!!
