Last Night during the First NFL game on 9th of Sept 2026 My Lady had a Tab open for her drinks. She closed it out around 66 bucks on the high end. Today Her Bank Cleared double her End Charge. The Problem is we don't have a Receipt to Dispute the charges so I'm leaving a review. The Blond Lady Bartender with the Red Summer Dress ( Don't know her ) is the one that closed out My lady's tab with her. She charged My Woman double what her bill was. Again I have no way to dispute this but this Isn't right. Bartenders shouldn't be allowed to write in top amounts to clear bills. That's Stealing. I Live I Bend and will Never go to that Place again. I will tell my friends of this experience and of that Lady Bartender. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Will never go to this restaurant again!! They fraudulently charged my credit card $100 in addition to the dinner we paid for. I didn't sign the receipt to authorize the charge and my credit card got billed anyway. I contacted the manager (Chance) after we noticed the fraudulent charge on our Visa card. I gave him the information and was told their bookkeeper would contact me. No call back. That was two weeks ago. I followed up and physically went into the restaurant, no manager was there so gave my contact info to a waitress to give to management for follow up. Still no call back. We also tried calling the restaurant two times and got a voice recording during business hours, left a message for call back. Still NO call back. Obviously, there is no management/owner oversight of this restaurant. After numerous attempts to make this right with Timbers, I ended up contacting my bank to dispute the charge which has taken over an hour on the phone to process. We have lived in Bend well over 45 years and owned also owned a business in Bend for 38 years. NEVER have we ever had an experience with a local restaurant like this. We will never patronize this place again. I suggest customers be wary if you use your credit card at this place. The chicken and tots were very good. Do not order the beef. I asked if it was of good quality. She said order it medium rare because it was take out. I could hardly chew this excuse for beef tips. I have been in the food business for over 40 years. This meat you could not cook long enough to make it tender. Second restaurant in Oregon where I couldn't eat what I paid for. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $30–40
