Aptly named, because it sure feels like Time has stopped here, and I hope that never changes. Absolute relic of a cafe, what with the train motifs; reminds me of one similar to it in Toyama. Expectedly popular with elderly regulars, but it has a calm atmosphere nonetheless. Breakfast here makes for a great start to the day. I try to stop by whenever I'm in Hakodate.
