Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor. We had to get up and collect menus for our own table. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive and when it did, it was bland and lacked flavour. The “French toast” consists of soggy white bread covered in an excessive amount of pistachio sauce. I also ordered two drinks during happy hour and the waiter tried charging £20 instead of £10 thinking I’m not aware of happy hour. And when I made him aware of him charging me an extra £10, he told me ‘it’s just £10’. It’s not about the £. It’s about the sneaky behaviour. The customer service was SHOCKING. Both the male waiters were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional throughout our visit. When I returned the French toast, no one offered a replacement or even asked if I would like a refund. While the refund itself was not my main concern, the complete lack of courtesy and basic customer care was unacceptable. Overall, the food, service, and staff attitude made for a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We recently hosted a family celebration at Time Bistro Bar for around 100 guests, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The venue itself is stunning – beautifully maintained, modern, and set right by the river, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces that created the perfect atmosphere for our event, with parking available very close by in a near-by car park. The management team were fantastic, they were accommodating, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly, and the staff were equally impressive – friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure all our guests were served promptly and felt well looked after. Whether you’re planning a casual lunch, a special dinner, or a larger event, this venue truly delivers on every level. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and wouldn’t hesitate to book again! I went for food but the place seems to want to be a nightclub and a cheesy one at that. Ordered food that was ok. Would give it one star, but a solitary foreign waiter was eager to please so upping to two stars. We won't be returning.
