In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Bulgakov`s House Museum-Theatre, stop by this bar. The cosy atmosphere of Time Out Bar makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. The success of this place would be impossible without the knowledgeable waitstaff. From the guests' point of view, prices are average. The spectacular decor was not appreciated by the guests. But the Facebook rating shows that this spot granted 5 stars.
