Super disappointed. The food was extremely mediocre, maybe a 5/10 at best. The mac & cheese tasted like it was made the day before, and the chicken had absolutely no flavor. What really annoyed me was the misleading BYOB promotion all over Instagram and TikTok. We brought our own bottles just to be told hard liquor isn’t allowed, plus they charge a $10 service fee anyway. On top of that, there’s an automatic 20% gratuity even though the service was poor and we constantly had to look around for our waitress. The restaurant was freezing cold, overcrowded, and the wait times were ridiculous. It also seems like it’s family-run, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but the older woman at the front had a very rude attitude and made me and my family extremely uncomfortable. I was literally shaking by the interaction. Overall, definitely not worth the hype or the money. Please don’t waste your time. I came from VA for the day and found this lovely location. Upon walking in it was beautiful low lit and your welcomed by fun attentive staff. They seated us without reservation and from the I assume manager beautiful lady in the Jean dress to the cook manager we were treated so welcoming. They made sure our food was good and it was beyond that. The server Landon was professional and a blessing to our experience. The entire staff gets 100 stars. The food speaks for itself. The portions were big. The food was hot and perfect!! It’s was amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you for such a great experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
