I really hate to leave a review like this anywhere, but this a disappointing experience at best. We attended as a large group, as a function and many on our table were initially feeling very lost in the meager and mish-mash menu, that did not feel Argentinian at all. When the food came out, the disappointment really kicked up a notch - A whole eggplant crumbed and fried, served near raw & entirely inedible - alongside one teaspoon of sauce - the only thing that worked on that plate was the brussel sprouts. Salmon Croquettes that were akin to warm salmon paste - the only salve, the lightly crunchy exterior of the croquette itself. Im so sorry to say this is the texture I imagine cat food would be. Again, the sauce was the only salve, and someone this dish came with too much sauce, compared to the eggplant. Panelles - $10 for 8 croutons of chickpea bread - I'll let the reader estimate the COGs on that one. $8 for two slices of bread felt a bit exxy, but we'll splurge for bread. Unfortunately this was the most 3 day old focaccia, so no amount or quality of butter was ever going to save that situation. The menu needs work - I can see that the share menu is a bit hit, which makes sense seeing as that means the chef could get rid of whatever they've got in the kitchen (tonight they ran out of chicken?) Staff were pleasant and kind enough, although a little clumsy at seating a group (without menus) and taking multiple orders (and not knowing who ordered what) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
