While the general manager was great, the young guy who he left at the desk was terrible since when checking out he told us we still owed $2 Mexican cents! We thought he was kidding but he was not, giggling we said, we can't pay $2 cents so what are you going to do? He said, we can't close the account without payment since you still have a balance. We gave him a coin for $50 cents. He kept the change... HA! Again rooms and location are great, but that little thing at the end, made this weird. Service: 2

We enjoyed our stay at Tipico H& R. The staff was extremely helpful. We found the location excellent for exploring many of the sites and most sites were within walking distance. When we return to Orizaba, we would definitely stay here.
