I can honestly say Tjuvholmen tapas is the perfect third place. It has successfully taken over Escalon building on its strong cuisine, reputation and goodwill among local communities. Under new management, the restaurant has been empowered by waves of redefinition and reinvention of its values, culture, and identity that are all positive. Impressively, the young family owners managed to not only preserve the authenticly good food and athmosphere, but to go above and beyond in making everything better. I strongly recommend this place regardless of the occasion or individual preferences, because the staff at Tjuvholmen tapas are more than happy to accommodate special wishes or dietary restrictions. They aim at providing top quality food and service that satisfy even to the pickiest guests. And they succeed with hard work, tradition and elegance of style.
