Old Town Restaurant is pretty near Rhodes Jewish Museum. That's a good idea to order tasty ice cream. Clients don't highly appreciate pizza, house wine and lemonade at this restaurant.

Food and drinks where oke. Good view in rooftop bar. Restaurant has a new owner (they said) so don't be afraid of old reviews. I payed what we ordered But still they are scamming people so I don't trust this anymore.

Worst experience of my life. First the boy downstairs was inviting me and my girlfriend to have a romantic dinner, I said only if you give us a table with a good view, he agreed and then put us in the middle, we argued and they changed us, them I ordered regular bread, cheese with honey, greek salad and fried calamari, I asked only if the calamari comes with french fries, the waiter said yes and he asked if I would like 1-2 pieces of shrimps, I said ok. Then they brought a big portion of bread and pita which I said it’s not what i ordered and they also brought tsatiki which i also argued that I did not order and they took only the tsatiki back. Then instead of fried calamari with french fries and 1-2 pieces of shrimp they brought a whole plate with crabs, some kind of fish, a lot of shrimps and a lot of sea shells, I argued again that this is not what I ordered there is no french fries and the waiter just said no and ran off. We ate only 1-2 shrimp and a little calamari because we were confused we could not eat, lost appetite (the food was also very very bad) and wanted to leave, went to pay and the guy said 490 euros.I WAS SHOCKED. I explained what happened, first we had multiple misunderstandings which never happens, that I went to 10 different restaurants in Rhodes my order is always the same and the bill 50-70 euros, depends of the restaurant. Also I said how can you bring a dish with this much price difference, fried calamari 20 euros, the dish that they brought 400 euros they need to explain when they do this, but then they became aggressive, we were scared that we are abroad only 2 of us and we paid half because they agreed that is a mistake (funny how they agree but still charge a lot) 250 euros we paid for nothing. POLCIE MUST INTERVENE. BIGGEST SCAM. THEY RUIN WHOLE TRIPS SINCE THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE THERE. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM !!!!!!!!! AVOID !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Avoid Old Town Restaurant in Rhodes Old Town unless you want one of the most uncomfortable and pushy dining experiences imaginable. From the moment we sat down, the server aggressively pushed expensive dishes we clearly said we did not want. He literally stood over our table pressuring us to order instead of letting us enjoy a relaxing dinner. It felt less like hospitality and more like a sales ambush targeted at tourists. The worst part? The table next to us, a group of 5 tourists, got pressured into ordering a large seafood platter they did not fully understand the pricing for. When the bill arrived, it was OVER €1,000. You could visibly see their vacation mood collapse right there at the table. It was honestly sad to witness. Restaurants like this damage the reputation of Rhodes tourism. Visitors should not feel manipulated, rushed, or trapped into overpriced meals through pressure tactics. Tourists: ask for prices VERY clearly before accepting any seafood recommendations here. Tagging Rhodes Tourism Promotion Organization because this kind of misleading tourist-trap behavior should be addressed.
