I brought home half a sandwich to my vegetarian husband and he asked twice where it was from because it is so delicious.
The only thing I think that could be worked on or enhanced is adding some sort of protein (beans,tofu, chickpeas etc) to a vegetarian option just to make it more filling. I'm not a vegetarian but my husband is and that is his 2 cents.
Overall,best tasting sandwich and sauces I've ever had!
