After a walk around Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, many visitors stop by this bar. All the visitors love great Mexican cuisine at TOCA. It's a pleasant experience to taste good guacamole, tacos and bean rice. Here you can drink delicious lime juice.
Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is creative that's what makes this place so nice. Prompt service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. Here you will pay affordable prices. The lovely atmosphere is what this spot is about. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this bar a high rating.

The only sign out front was a small tarp waving in the wind and we weren't able to read it. Then when we found the door to enter, the elevator was not working. After climbing the stairs, we were seated quickly. Not many other people there at 5:30 pm. When we ordered (four entrees to choose from), the waitress said there was no rice available. That took two of the choices away. We waited for them to cook rice. It took one hour to get the food delivered to us. After that, our waitress disappeared. I think she clocked out. A manager came and checked on us about forty five minutes after our food was delivered to our table. Service was awful. Couldn't get anyone to bring us a check to pay. Atmosphere was fine but music was way too loud. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely loved the vibe of this place — super cool atmosphere, great music, and a really relaxed energy overall. The staff were quick, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. The cocktails were refreshing, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Definitely one of those spots where you can just sit back, enjoy the drinks, and have a good time with friends. Overall, a really solid experience and a place I’d happily come back to. Easy 4.5/5. Always a treat to swing in for a quick drink with friends or just for easy conversation with the employees to defrag after a long day. Food is lovely and don’t forget to try the early gray sour! It’s even amazing as a mocktail! Not sure what to order? Always ask, the staff is very helpful with guiding you to what your particular bites and drink needs may be. Or you might just try something new? Enjoy! Thank you TOCA for a great atmosphere in downtown Springdale! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–50
