Can I ask a question? I am having trouble knowing the name of the bread that was sold when we opened our store in Kuroishi City on September 23rd last year. It wasn't a big baguette-like bun, nor was it a hamburger-looking bun. I want to eat it again and want to go to the restaurant, but it seems like it will take a while to decide. When opening a store, it would be helpful if there was a menu or other clue as to what kind of bread they served.

This is a popular shop that uses natural yeast. Even though the store is a little hard to find and only opens irregularly several times a month, there is always a line. As you probably know, it's no wonder there's a line.
