We live in Tay Ho, we were excited when this restaurant opened near us as I’ve heard about the one in My Dinh. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The staff did not greet us or guide us to a table - I understand it was after lunch time but It felt like they were not interested in customers at all. One staff member even handed us the menu while flossing her teeth, which was quite off-putting. When we sat down, we noticed that the table had not been properly cleaned. The chopsticks and spoon set were dusty and sticky, which raised concerns about hygiene. As for the food, the main dish was actually quite good. However, the side dishes seemed old and unappetizing. Even the salt on the table had absorbed moisture and turned into a solid block, making it unusable. And when we were asking scissors and tongs for the dish which is common in Korea.. they gave us the one they use for cutting tapes.
