Tojo’s kitchen was a great spot for a backup dinner. We came to the mall with the intent to go to Kura, but pivoted after we saw a 90 minute wait time. What a good pivot it was! The food was delicious, the fried chicken was seasoned very well and crisp, and the spam musubi was 10/10. The prices were decently well for the food quality and service. Will definitely be back!
