Food: The food itself is damn tasty, well made, nothing wrong with it and the way the food is presented is amazingly aesthetic, perfect for taking photos of it. Service: I've been to this restaurant about 20 times now and it just depends, on some days when there's little to do everything goes relatively well, someone comes to the table regularly to ask if everything is OK, etc. But even more so On weekends when there is a lot to do there is a problem, you usually have to do it yourself take care of ordering when you're not sitting in sight (table 17, etc.) but I can imagine that when opening a new restaurant you first have to gain experience, many people think running a restaurant is very easy and you can take it lightly, but no, it's a hell of a lot of work. My suggestion for improvement at this point is that if you are preparing for the business as a service, you should appoint 2 (or more) station waiters. The station waiter's job is to accompany the guest to the table, take the orders and bring the bill. The remaining waiters inform the station waiters when a customer wants to pay and then also serve as a “plate taxi” (bringing plates from the kitchen to the guest). Of course, the all-round view is also very important, to see when the guest tries to contact the waiter, etc . Ambience: I actually forgot what was in the house before, whether it was a bar or a pub, but the renovation almost makes me forget what was in there before, but I still have a flaw, tables 17 and a few more need to be moved Rotated 90 degrees due to the fact that they are manufactured so that the legs should point outwards. Summary: The TokiHaus (or TokiSushi) is a very great restaurant that I can recommend to everyone, as long as you don't really look too closely and just enjoy your time, the price is completely clear, as are the portions. Yes, of course you can complain here and there that something isn't cool or because you just have to wait 10 minutes more, but from what I've noticed, the sushi bar is a family business that was taken over by a newly trained chef, I mean it never is a master fallen from heaven.
