From the looks of it, it looks like a cutlet stew, but the soup stock has a bit of a thick texture (the amount is small). Is Chinese noodles famous? As expected, the soup is slightly boiled down, and you can eat rice with just the dashi stock and egg. It's delicious! The cutlet was thin and soft, and there wasn't enough rice. I feel more relieved at a store where the people seem nice. Thank you very much for the meal.
